How the Media Works & How to Work with the Media

Do you have an event to promote? Does talking with reporters make you nervous? Or maybe you need to brush up on your PR skills?

Tara Jensen, Co-Director, Public Affairs at the Montana Budget & Policy Center, will present a 101 training on media relations. Tara’s experience includes leading the communications efforts with coalition partners to pass Medicaid expansion and serving as the communications director for the Office of Public Instruction.
