Marketing & Outreach Program Coordinator

"The Marketing and Outreach (M&O) Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the M&O team in achieving their goals of increasing brand recognition, maximizing course enrollment, and promoting organizational offerings. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute in the following areas:

Administrative Support: Assist with organizational tasks, tracking deadlines, maintaining efficient processes, and cross-team project coordination.

Digital/Written Content Creation and Optimization: Develop, write, and refine engaging content for websites, blogs, and email campaigns to align with marketing goals.

Visual/Audio Content Gathering and Creation: Support content creation by collecting content during retreats, teachings, and events, then assist with leveraging that content.

The Program Coordinator provides administrative support, content creation, and project management to ensure efficient operations and impactful digital engagement. This role requires strong processing, writing, and creative thinking skills. Additionally, it requires proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot, and effective content and project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging narratives."
